This section is used by team leaders to fill in day-to-day information and notify the project manager or project director.

(C) Enter the quantity used.

Photos and notes

It is possible to include a file and/or a photo if necessary. This helps keep physical evidence of the daily progress of the job. It also makes it possible to note any deficiencies, if any, so they can be added to the tasks to be done.

Receiving an order

To receive an order, press Receive. This gives you access to all purchase orders related to the project. Then, choose the appropriate purchase order to identify the quantities received (A).

There is a Notes section if needed (B). You also need to choose whether to assign the costs to the project (C). You can then attach a photo of the delivery slip as proof (D). Click Save to record the information (E).

Complete

To complete the daily report, a few elements need to be indicated.

(A) Validate the checklist steps that have been completed.

(B) Indicate whether the work order is finished. When you select “yes” here, the work order's status changes to “Verification”.

(C) Client conclusion report – This will appear on the job report sent to the client, as well as on the invoice.

(D) Internal conclusion report – Used for internal communication of certain information. It leaves a record in the file without being visible to the client.

(E) Then click “Complete” to finish the daily report.

This section is designed to be used on a phone. Large icons make it easy to use.
