5.2 Quote

This section gives access to all the modification options related to a quote

(A) Choose the next submission number according to the desired sequence.

(B) Define the terms and conditions of the contract. These terms will be used on all your future quotes, but you can change them on a per-quote basis.

(C) Create an e-mail template for sending the quotation. Note that if you use the keys %name%, %telephone%, %email%, %client%, they will be replaced by the estimator's information when sent.

(D) Include a checklist if required. This is automatically added when a new quote is created.

(E) Create a thank-you e-mail template. The e-mail is sent automatically.

(F) Set the various options for submission reminders.

  • Select whether you wish to have automatic reminders added to quote requests.

  • Define the subject of the e-mail. This will be applied to all reminders sent.

  • Select the number of reminders required. There is a possibility of three in all. It is not mandatory to have three. Also, it is necessary to indicate after how many days you wish the reminder to be sent automatically.

  • Enter -1 if there's a reminder you don't want in the box provided.

  • Personalize the message for each reminder as required.
