Signing into the Desktop App
To open the sign-in page for your desktop app, double-click the Cammy icon on your PC desktop.
When the sign-in screen appears, enter the email and password used when creating your Cammy account. If you wish to see your password in text rather than it be hidden, click [A] the little "Eye Icon" on the right-hand side of the password type box. This will show your password in text so you can ensure you are entering it correctly. then click [B] "Sign In".
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password you can easily set a new one by clicking "Click Here" under "Forgotten Password" on the sign-in page.
You will now be asked to enter the email address used for your Cammy account. Make sure your correct email address is entered in the email type box before clicking "Reset Password".
An email will now be sent to the email account used for Cammy instructing you to reset your password. Once you have completed the steps stated within the email to set a new password, you can try logging back into the desktop app again using your existing email address and new password.
If you have not received an email to reset your password after clicking to reset your password, please open a case with one of our support team using the live chat icon located on the website, desktop and mobile app.
Signing out of the Desktop App
By signing out of the desktop app, you will no longer receive alerts and notifications on your PC. We recommend leaving your desktop app logged in at all times, however, please know that the app does not need to remain open on your desktop at all times. The machine simply needs to remain powered on whilst your screen can be turned off, if need be.
If you do need to sign out of the desktop app, you can do so under "Settings" which can be found in the top navigation bar. From here, you will see the "Sign Out" button at the bottom of the "Settings" menu page.
You can also sign out from within "My Details" under "Settings". "Sign out" is at the bottom of the left-hand column.
