Installing Cammy
Installing Cammy on your chosen Windows 10+ Laptop or PC may take up to half an hour, so please set aside some time to carry out the installation. To install our software, please follow our step-by-step guide below.
Things to check before starting the installation:
Your machine meets our 🔗 Minimum Requirements
Your machine is running the latest version of Windows;
Head to your PC Settings
Find "Windows Updates" within your PC Settings (you can also find this by typing "Updates" into your PC search bar)
Click "Check for Updates" - If any updates are due you will now be prompted to carry them out
Your machine's "Power and Sleep" settings are set to "Never"
Head to your PC Settings
Find "Power and Sleep" within your PC Settings (You can also find this by typing "Power and Sleep" into your PC search bar)
Next to the "Sleep" settings, use the drop-down menu to select "Never"
Once the above has been checked, you are ready to install Cammy.

Step 1
Upon successfully creating your new Cammy Hub account, you will now be able to install the Cammy Hub software. To do so, head to the 🔗 "Account" section of the Website and log in using the username and password used to create the account.
Once in the account section, head to the "downloads" section on the left-hand side of the screen. Here you will find the download link for your Cammy Desktop App.
Click to "download" the Cammy Desktop App.
Step 2
Once the download appears in either the bottom left-hand corner of your screen [A], you can click to run the download.
Alternatively, you can find the download in the "Downloads" area of your PC
💡 If your PC is running Windows Smart Defender you may be prompted with a warning message. Select the "More info" drop-down and then click to "Run Anyway".
When asked if you want to allow the Cammy app to make changes to your device, click "Yes".
Step 3
Once the installer loads, you will be asked to enter your email address. Enter the email address that you created your Cammy account with and then click "Next".
Step 4
Prior to installing Cammy onto your PC, our installer will check your PC's compatibility. When prompted, "Start" the compatibility check.
Step 5
Once the installer has confirmed that your PC is compatible, you can proceed to "Install Cammy".

Step 6
Once the install is prompted, select "Next" in the bottom right-hand corner.
Step 7
The Cammy installer will now pop up and you will be asked to allow Cammy to make changes to your device. Click "Yes".
💡 Cammy Hub Installer is 100% safe to run on your PC and will not harm your device in any way.
Step 8
The installation of Cammy Hub will now begin.
Step 9
Once the install is complete, press to "Launch Cammy" in the bottom right-hand corner of the installer.
The Windows desktop app will now open on your desktop and you will be able to log in using your Cammy account log in details.
