Guide to install and use TeamViewer for remote assistance with your Cammy system.

So that we can help you with your Cammy system remotely, you will need to install TeamViewer onto the same PC that your Cammy Hub is or is going to be installed on.

To get started, please follow the steps below;

  1. Open this article on the same PC that you have or plan to have Cammy installed on.

  2. Click the button below to initiate the download of TeamViewer onto your PC.

  3. You will see the download begin in the top right or bottom left corner of your screen, depending on which browser you are operating. Once the download is complete, double-click on the download to start the installation of the TeamViewer app.

  4. Once the team viewer app opens, you will be asked for permission for the program to make changes to your device. Click "Make Changes".

  5. When prompted, click to run TeamViewer either straight from the installation window or from the TeamViewer icon that will now appear on your desktop.

  6. When TeamViewer opens, you will see an ID and Password. This information will be needed when starting a remote session with one of our team.
