How to Add a User to Your Team via Bulk Uploader
Adding multiple users to your team can be a time-consuming process. However, with our bulk uploader feature, you can easily add multiple users to your team at once. This article will guide you through the steps of using the bulk uploader to add users to your team.
Step 1: Go to the Team Page
First, navigate to your team page. This can usually be found by clicking on the "Team" tab in your account dashboard.
Step 2: Click on Create and Manage Users
Once you are on the team page, click on the "Create and Manage Users" button. This will take you to a page where you can manage all the users on your team.
Step 3: Click Add User
On the "Create and Manage Users" page, click on the "Add User" button. This will open a dropdown menu with different options for adding users.
Step 4: Click on Upload CSV
From the dropdown menu, select the "Upload CSV" option. This will take you to a page where you can upload a CSV file containing the information of the users you want to add.
Step 5: Download the Sample File
Before you start filling in the information for your users, it's important to download the sample CSV file. This file will serve as a template for the information you need to include for each user.
Step 6: Open the CSV and Fill in the Information
Open the downloaded CSV file and fill in the information for each user. Make sure to follow the format of the sample file and include all the required information for each user.
Please note the username must a valid email address and the password must be at least 8 characters long.
Step 7: Upload the File to Your Account
Once you have filled in all the information for your users, save the file and return to the "Upload CSV" page. Click on the "Choose File" button and select the CSV file you just filled in. Then, click on the "Upload" button to add the users to your team.
