Users at the Manager level have the ability to create and manage walklists. They can also manage phonelists, but they are not able to create them. This level is ideal for team leaders who need to oversee the progress of their team members.

When adding a user with Pulsar, it is important to keep in mind that you can only add users at a permission level below you.
