When Sancus is enabled, canvassers are periodically prompted to take a photo of the address they just visited—similar to how delivery apps like DoorDash require proof of delivery. This helps confirm that the canvasser is physically present at the location.
How It Works
While canvassing, users will be prompted to take a photo approximately every 5 houses.
The photo should show the address or the front of the residence that was just visited.
This image acts as a verification point for campaign managers and administrators.
Viewing Sancus Images
Administrators can review submitted images in the Activity Log.
To view an image:
Navigate to the Activity Log.
Locate the canvassing activity entry.
Click the image icon in the Image column to open the submitted photo.
This allows admins to confirm that door knockers are canvassing in the correct locations.
Enabling Sancus
Sancus can be enabled for specific teams within an account. Once enabled, all canvassers on those teams will receive the periodic photo prompts while knocking doors.
If you would like Sancus enabled for a team, please contact your account administrator or support team.
