I’m having trouble registering for my orientation session. What should I do?

Updated today

If you’re having trouble logging in or registering for orientation, it’s usually related to your account status, entry term, or timing of your acceptance. Follow the steps below to quickly identify the issue and get registered.

Confirm you’ve been accepted for at least one full day

CampusESP receives new student data through a nightly update.

Keep timing in mind

You must be officially accepted for at least one full day before your account appears in CampusESP. Updates run overnight, so newly accepted students typically gain access the following day.

NOTE: If it has been less than one day since your acceptance, please wait until the next day and try again.

Make sure you’re logging in through the correct link

Access to orientation registration depends on using the right login page.

Be sure you are:

  • Logging in through your official student portal URL (for example: http://[your-portal-url].studentesp.com/)

  • Using your institutional single sign-on (SSO) credentials

  • If you try to log in through the wrong link or with a personal email address instead of your school account, you may not be able to access orientation registration.

Still not able to register?

If:

  • It has been more than one full day since your acceptance, and

  • You’re using the correct portal link and your school login credentials

Contact the University Admissions office or Orientation office. They can confirm that:

  • Your acceptance has fully processed in the system

  • You were admitted for the upcoming entry term

  • Your account is included in the nightly data update

Once all of this is confirmed, you should be able to log in and register successfully.

If your institution confirms everything looks correct and you’re still unable to register, please contact CampusESP Support at support@campusesp.com with your full name, your institutional email address, and a brief description of the issue.
