There are two ways to reset your CampusKnot password:

Step 1: Select 'Forgot your password'

Step 2: Input the .edu email address associated with your CampusKnot account.

Step 3: Check your inbox. If you do not receive an email within the first 5-minutes, check your junk email/ spam folder.

Step 4: You'll receive a 6-digit code inside your school .edu email address:

Step 5: Type the 6-digit code here 👇

⚠️ This code is valid for 30 minutes. Your password will not change unless you use the code above and create a new password. If your code has expired, you can always request another here.

Step 6: Once you input the code, make sure your password follows these guidelines:

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Select the profile icon located on the right-hand side corner of the website.

Step 3: Select 'Account Settings.'

Step 4: Inside 'Account Settings,' make sure you input your current password and set up a new one.

Your new password needs to follow these guidelines:

Step 5: Click 'Save Settings' once you're done.
