There are two ways to reset your CampusKnot password:

If you're unable to log in:

⚠️ Make sure you are typing the right password. We have added tools that will help you view which password you're typing.

Reset a password from the Profile page:

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Select the profile icon located on the right-hand-side corner of the website.

Step 3: Select 'Account Settings.'

Step 4: Inside 'Account Settings' make sure you input your current password and set up a new one.

Your new password needs to follow these guidelines:

  • A minimum of 8 characters

  • At least one upper-case letter

  • At least one number

  • At least one special character (~!@#$%^&*)

Step 5: Click 'Save Settings' once you're done.


Reset a password from the Reset password page

Step 1: Select 'Forgot your password' inside the log in page.

Step 2: Input the .edu email address used during the account creation.

Step 3: Check your inbox. If you do not get a verification email, check your junk email/ spam folder within your email.

Step 4: You'll receive a 6-digit code that you'll need to input inside a CampusKnot page.

Step 5: Input the 6-digit code.

⚠️ This code is valid for 30-minutes. Your password will not change unless you use the code above and create a new password. If your code has expired, you can always request another here.


Step 6: Once you input the code, make sure your password follows these guidelines:

  • A minimum of 8 characters

  • At least one upper-case letter

  • At least one number

  • At least one special character (~!@#$%^&*)
