Building your content pipeline is a simple as:

  1. Determining your content needs.

  2. Writing tasks to support those needs.

  3. Assigning it to your content creators.

  4. Tracking their productivity.

Let’s take a look at some examples of how customers have utilized the content creator studio.

Example 1: Abby

Meet Abby. Abby is the Director of Marketing at her university. This year, her main priorities are to showcase student life highlight academic excellence across departments.

Abby plans to leverage her department's student worker to edit the content she receives from creators, and plans to use the videos to power her social channels and embed across department web pages.

With this in mind, Abby has updated her admin dashboard with pre-written tasks that align with her content needs, and assigned them to her content creators, who also happen to campus tour guides who work special “video recording” shifts throughout the week.

Example 2: Keith

Now meet Keith. Keith is the Associate Director of Enrollment at his university. This year he’s focused on content that showcases student life with an emphasis on content he can leverage during yield season.

Keith plans on having his students create content that they’ll edit themselves. Their videos will ultimately live on a microsite for accepted students and on Youtube.

To that end, Keith has input a few pre-written tasks he’d like all of his creators to tackle, as well as a few custom tasks that he’s assigned to specific students.

Keith opened a student worker position and hired a group of 8 students who he’s nicknamed the “vlog squad," all of whom have the skills to produce their own video content from start to finish. They’re each responsible for for producing one video per month over the course of the school year.
