Is something wrong with my profile?

Most of the time - absolutely not! 💛

But if you’re not seeing matches, there are a few key things worth double checking.

  • Experience: Does it reflect the type of role you’re looking for next?

  • Location: Make sure you’ve selected a specific city or area (e.g. London, Manchester). 'United Kingdom' is too broad for us to match effectively

  • Salary: This is a big one - if it’s missing or sitting at ÂŁ0, you won’t see matches. Our platform uses this to make sure roles are aligned with what you’re looking for financially.

The goal is to match you with roles that actually make sense.. not just show you everything.
