How do I log into my existing CaptionCall account?
Open the CaptionCall app then tap Sign In:
Sign in with the email you used when you created your account.
If you forgot your password or haven't made one yet, you can reset your password by tapping Forgot password:
Note: If you aren't receiving the password reset email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find the password reset email, please check your email filter settings and try again.
