How to Update Your Email and Manage Account Settings

If you need to change your email, update personal information, or adjust your AI and notification settings, you can do it all from your Account Settings in Carebility.


📍 Step 1: Open Account Settings

  1. Click on your name in the lower-left corner of the screen.

  2. Two options will appear:

    • Account Settings

    • Log Out

  3. Click Account Settings.


🧭 Step 2: Explore the Account Settings Menu

Below is a breakdown of what you’ll find in each section:

Section

Description

My Account

Update your email address, name, title, Photo, and work phone.

**If your company uses an HR system (like Dayforce) with Carebility, your email is synced from there. To update it, make the change in your HR platform—it will automatically update in Carebility. This is also the email used for password recovery. Not sure? Reach out and we’ll help!

You’ll also see an option to add a secondary email—this can be used to contact you if you ever lose access to your primary email.

My Notifications

Toggle this on or off depending on whether you’d like to receive updates about new and exciting Carebility features.

AI Settings

Choose your preferred language, select how you want your AI to respond, and even pick a custom AI personality.

Note: This feature will expand in future updates.

Security

Set up two-factor authentication (2FA) and manage other security-related preferences to help protect your account.

✅ Be sure to click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen after making any updates.


⚠️ Important Note:

If you are an active user who has logged in before, only you can update your own email address through the My Account section.
