What to Include in Your Request
The more details you provide, the faster we can help. Please include:
Your Name and Organization – So we can confirm your account.
Description of the Issue – Explain the problem in detail, including any error messages.
Steps You’ve Tried – Let us know what you’ve already done to troubleshoot.
Relevant User or Course Details – If applicable, include usernames, course names, due dates, or assignment dates.
Screenshots or Attachments – A picture of the problem often helps us identify the issue faster.
Urgency – Let us know if this is blocking users from completing training or meeting a compliance requirement.

“Hi, I’m Jane from Sunnybrook. One of our users, John Doe, is unable to access the Abuse Prevention course. It shows ‘Assigned’ in User Reports but isn’t appearing on his dashboard. This started today after I assigned it. Screenshot attached.”
❌ Needs More Detail:
“John can’t see his course. Please fix.”
