Why You Might Not Be Receiving Carebility Emails (and How to Fix It)

If you're missing invitation emails or password reset emails from Carebility, here are the quick things to check:

🔍 1. Make Sure you are using the Right Email

Carebility can only send emails to the address on your profile.

📥 2. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

Emails sometimes land in spam by accident.
If you find one there, mark it “Not Spam” so future messages come through normally.

💌 Invitation Emails

Not getting an invite?

  • Double-check that the email in Carebility exactly matches the recipient’s email. Admin can check Reports>Users to confirm the users email

  • Ask the user to check spam/junk.

🔐 Password Reset Emails

Didn’t get the reset email?

  • It will only send to the email on your Carebility account, not any other email you try.

  • Admin can update the email on file if needed, but only if the user is pending. If the user has logged in before, they will be responsible for updating their own information.
