📬New Training Available Notifications
Each day, Carebility checks the previous 24 hours to see if any new Learning Path course requirements have unlocked and are not yet completed.
If new training is available, the learner will receive an email titled “New Training Available in Carebility.”
This email includes:
A brief message letting them know the new training is ready
The course due date (if applicable)
A direct link to open their Learning Path and get started
If the learner completes the training right away, they won’t receive any additional reminders for that course.

If training is not completed, Carebility will send reminder emails as the due date approaches to help learners stay on track. Reminders are sent at the following intervals:
15 days before the due date – A friendly reminder to plan ahead
7 days before the due date – A reminder that the deadline is approaching
3 days before the due date – An urgent reminder encouraging action
Due Today – A final reminder that the course must be completed today
These reminders are spaced out intentionally to be helpful without overwhelming learners.

If an assignment becomes past due, email alerts are sent at the following intervals:
1 day past due
3 days past due
6 days past due
14 days past due

Due dates are shown in the upper-right corner of each class within your Learning Path.
