Your Learning Path is where you will complete all training that has been assigned to you by your organization. This is your main workspace and where you should focus to stay on track with required courses.

If you’re looking to explore additional training, the Library contains all available courses. You can take these at any time, even if they are not assigned. Anything completed in the library will not show on your organization's Admin Reports

📍 Getting Back to Your Learning Path

At any time, you can return to your Learning Path by clicking the Carebility logo at the top of the screen.

📊 Learning Path Overview

Your Learning Path acts as your personal training dashboard. Here you will see:

  • Assigned courses

  • Due dates

  • Progress indicators

You may also notice:

  • “Due Soon” or “Past Due” labels for courses nearing deadlines

  • Completed courses marked with a green checkmark, earned credits, and a greyed-out due date

    🎥 Training Video Features

Within each course, you’ll have access to video controls, including:

    • Play/Pause

    • Volume adjustment

    • Playback speed

    • Full-screen mode

💡 Be sure to use the play button on the video itself, not the course timeline or table of contents.

    📝 Course Assessments

Assessments are used to review key concepts throughout the course.

    • Click the assessment button to begin

    • Select your answer and submit

    • Review explanations provided for each question

    • Click “Next Question” to continue

    After completing all questions:

    • You’ll see your score

    • Depending on the required passing score, you may:

      • Move forward

      • Or retake the assessment

    ✅ Completed Courses & Tracking

    Once a course is completed:

    • It will show as complete on your Learning Path

    • Certificates if available

    • You can view all completed courses and certificates on your Track page

Staying on top of your Learning Path ensures you complete required training on time while building the knowledge and confidence needed for your role.
