What Is a Learning Path?

A Learning Path is an organized set of courses created by your organization to help you complete required training and build skills in the right order.

Your Learning Path:

  • Shows courses assigned specifically to you

  • Organizes courses in a recommended sequence

  • Displays your progress for each course

  • May include courses that unlock on future dates

How to View Your Learning Path

  1. Open the Carebility app

  2. Tap Learning Path (usually in the bottom navigation)

  3. You’ll see your assigned courses listed as cards or rows

Each course shows:

  • Course title

  • Progress status

  • Completion state (Not Started, In Progress, or Completed)

Understanding Course Status

Each course will display one of the following statuses:

Not Started

The course is available but hasn’t been started yet. Tap it to begin.

In Progress

You’ve started the course. Tap it to continue where you left off.

Completed

You’ve finished the course. A checkmark or Completed label will appear.

Locked (Future Course)

This course isn’t available yet. It will automatically unlock on the date shown.

Tip: Locked courses will open automatically—no action needed.

Viewing Your Progress

Each course includes a progress bar or percentage showing how much you’ve completed.

To see more details:

  1. Tap the course card

  2. Review:

    • Course description

    • Sections or chapters

    • Completed lessons

    • Any course requirements

Single vs. Multiple Learning Paths

Single Learning Path

If you’re assigned to one Learning Path, all courses appear in a single vertical list.

Multiple Learning Paths

If you belong to multiple Learning Paths, each one appears as its own section.
You can scroll horizontally to view all courses in each path.

Show or Hide Completed Courses

If your list feels long, you can hide completed courses to focus on what’s next.

To manage completed courses:

  1. Tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top-right corner

  2. Choose:

    • Show completed courses

    • Hide completed courses

Refresh Your Learning Path

If you were just assigned a new course or completed one, refresh to see updates.

To refresh:

  1. Pull down from the top of the Learning Path screen

  2. Release to refresh

  3. The list will update automatically

Starting a Course

To begin learning:

  1. Tap the course card

  2. Review the course details

  3. Tap Start or Continue

  4. The course will open and you can begin

Understanding Due Dates

Some courses include due dates, shown on the course card.

You may see:

  • Due today

  • Due tomorrow

  • Due in X days

  • Due on [date]

Tip: Start courses with upcoming due dates early to avoid last-minute stress.

What If No Courses Are Showing?

The page is slow or shows an error

  • Check your internet connection

  • Pull down to refresh

  • Close and reopen the app if needed

I can’t find a course I was assigned

  • Check other Learning Path sections

  • Turn on Show completed courses

  • Look for locked courses with future dates

My progress isn’t updating

  1. Pull down to refresh

  2. If needed, close and reopen the app

  3. Return to your Learning Path

Tips for Success

  • Start courses with upcoming due dates first

  • Check your Learning Path regularly for updates

  • Complete courses in the recommended order

  • Refresh the screen if something looks out of date
