2. How to turn on Donna’s Automated Reminders?

  1. Select Account Settings

  2. Select Donna

  3. Select Reminders

  4. To turn on, slide each toggle switch to the right. When the toggle appears green, the automated reminder is now on. 🚀

2. How to turn on Donna’s Automated Recalls?

  1. Select Account Settings

  2. Select Donna

  3. Select Recalls

  4. To turn on Recalls, slide each toggle switch to the right. When the toggle appears green, the automated reminder is now on

3. How to turn on Donna’s Automated Reviews?

  1. Select Account Settings

  2. Select Donna

  3. Select Reviews

  4. To preview Review Request Message Select SMS & Email Message Icon

4. How to unhide your Online Scheduler

5. How to modify Online Scheduling Reasons?

  1. Select Account Settings

  2. Select Reasons 

  3. Select the specific reason i.e. Regular Checkup & Cleaning 😁

  4. Scroll down to Booking Widget Settings

  5. Slide Set as hidden toggle switch to the left and press Save. When the toggle appears grey, the reason will now appear on the Online Scheduler.

  6. Validate your online settings. Go to your website and click on your booking widget to view the Reasons.

6. How to engage your patients?

Let your patients know that the practice is now open and provide an update of what the practice is doing to ensure a safe environment for their visit.
