How do I add a charge fee? I need the ability to add a charge to my customer as an adjustment to their weekly invoice/charges

Careflo will allow you to add an invoice line for a custom charge that you can use anytime you need an adjustment

You can add a charge fee by following the below steps.
​Step 1: Navigate to Finance -> Charge Fees

Step 2: Click to add a Charge Fee
Fill in all the mandatory fields. Note that "+ve" means you need to enter a positive amount, it can not be less than zero amount.

Step 3: Fill in example of a Private service type
Note that you must match the Recipient type field with how you want to charge the customer. This should match the Service Request type set for the person. In this case it is Private and the invoice will be sent to the service user. If it is NDIS then please select "NDIS Funded" and add the NDIS information highlighted below:
