Setting Up Email Referrals
To begin using email for referrals, click on the Manual Referral button in your Careflow dashboard. From there, you will find a link that displays unique email addresses for each facility. Share these email addresses with the facilities you work with, and all referrals sent to those addresses will be automatically received and processed in Careflow.
Managing Email Referrals
When a referral is received via email:
Any attached documents are automatically added to the Docs tab for easy access and organization.
Notes included in the body of the email are sent to the Hospital Reply tab, ensuring all communication is captured and centralized.
From the Hospital Reply tab, you can respond directly to the hospital. Your reply will be sent as an email, allowing seamless communication between your facility and the sender.
