There are many events that happen in CareSmartz that can trigger the system to automatically notify someone. If clients are receiving notifications that you didn't expect, or they are not receiving notifications you did expect, you can alter the settings. This is a list of all notifications that can be automatically sent to clients/payers/emergency contacts.
