How can I add an Inlands contract?

Updated over 10 months ago

To upload an Inlads contract is a pretty easy task.

After heading to Inlands module and clicking on "Create Inland", two options will pop up, we're going to explore both.

  • Per Location:

We must fill all the slots with the info required

Note: We can restrict the contract to certain clients by adding them on "Restrictions" bracket

✨Take note that to add a provider and a client on "restrictions" you must have added them beforehand in the providers and clients module respectively

See here how to add a provider

See here how to add a client

Once the info has been filled we can download and prepare the template that will automatically indicate the type of containers supported.

In this case we have indicated DRY equipment. We fill the template with our harbours, locations and prices

Once the template is ready we must load it on the platform and it will be automatically processed.

Once the rates are ready status will change to "published"

  • Per KM

We must fill all the slots with the info required

Note: You can also restrict these to certain clients as we showed in "Per location" option

✨Take note that to add a provider and a client on "restrictions" you must have added them beforehand in the providers and clients module respectively

Note ✨ In this module we can select multiple ports to apply the tariff

After selecting the properties we can download the template and fill it

Or we can load the prices manually into the platform:

We can also directly input the rate adjustment

If we input the data manually the contract will be automatically published. If we upload the template it will require some time to process.

For "Per location" contracts this is not available till the contract is uploaded

Once the contracts are published we can always edit them from the three dots on the right border as well as duplicate the contract or delete it

We can edit the prices, ranges, ports, locations and we also can input and update the rate adjustment from the bottom of the contract when editing it
