How to add a remark

Add remarks

To add a remark to our shipments we head to settings > Remarks > Add new

We then will be displayed a form, first we input the name for the remark and begin choosing for what conditions does this remark apply:

  • Only to an specific port or to a whole country (Chicago vs USA)

    We can also add multiple ports or multiple countries but never ports and countries at the same time

    • Chicago & New York ✅

      USA & Canada ✅

      Chigago & USA❌

  • To WEB results, API results or both

API refers to those prices retrieved from the carriers web

WEB refers to those prices retrieved from a contract you or one of your team mates has uploaded to the platform

  • To which port(s)/Country(ies)

  • To which carriers

  • The language in which you are writing the remarks

  • Where it will apply

This last feature allows you to create a remark so the client will see it on their quotation (client), but also an internal remark for your workmates to see when creating a remark for this client (internal). Yo can also mark "both" so it will be visible both ways, internally and in the quotation (both)

Finally you can fill your remark for Import, export or both and when clicking save the remark will be loaded to the platform 😊
