You may want to send your client your Google Review link based off an automation or manually from the Clients Case. It's very easy to input your link into Case Status!
How to add/change your Google Review link
From your Case Status homepage choose the Profile Icon in the top right and choose Settings.
Choose Integrations in the top left menu bar.
Under Reviews you can paste your Google Review link.
