Case Status integrates with most major Case Management Systems through an easy connections called OAuth (Open Authorization). If you are setting up your integration the first time or needing to authorize a new user account, you do it from the same page.
How to authorize your Case Management System integration
From your Case Status homepage click the Profile Icon in the top right and choose Settings.
Choose Integrations from the top left
From this page you can choose Click to Authorize or Click to reauthorize.
Use your username and password of your CMS to authorize Case Status to connect to your CMS.
If you do not use a CMS that integrates with OAuth then please reach out to Case Status Support for help on changing your connection.
