Overview of how to invite a new Firm Staff Member to the Case Status web portal

Firm Users are staff members of your Firm that you wish to have access into the Case Status Application.

How to invite a new Firm User

  1. From you Case Status homepage choose the Profile Icon in the top right and choose Settings.

  2. From the top left menu bar choose Users.

  3. From the Users page choose + Invite User.

  4. Enter the User information and choose Continue.

  5. Fill out the next page as you see fit.

    1. This information can be filled out by the user when they log in by changing their User Settings.

  6. Once finished hit Save.

The invite will be sent to the User's email where they can accept it and log in. Once logged in the user should update their User Settings. Most importantly they should enter their Cell number so that you have a second way to log in if you have issues.
