When you click into a case you can review the Activity tab. This tab is focused on tracking Client logins and what they view. This can help you hold your client accountable for actions needed from them.

When opening the activity tab you will see the client initials followed by a date and any activity performed in that timeframe.
This activity can involved logging into the app, viewing different tabs, or sending messages.
These logs will provide the date and time the action was performed.
