How to add a client

Your Clients tab is where you can add new or edit existing client information.

How to add a client

  1. From your Case Status homepage choose Clients in the top right.

  2. Choose + Add Client

  3. Fill in the required information: First name, Last name, Phone number, Email.

    1. Please note the phone number is how the Client will log in. Please make sure they provide a number that they can receive texts at.

  4. Choose Save
