Your Client's information may need to be updated. Most notably this will be the phone number. As a reminder your Client will not be able to log in if they get a new number. You will need to update the Client number before they can log back in.
Please Note: Case Status Support cannot change Client numbers. This must be handled by the Firm.
How to edit a client's information
From your Case Status homepage choose Clients in the top right.
Search using the Client name or phone number
Click on the Client name
Make the necessary changes
Choose Save
