Before you start: Activate the Klaviyo integration
Click Enable
You will be redirected to Klaviyo
Select the correct Klaviyo account to connect
Click Allow
Ensure all profiles exist in Klaviyo
Profile events and data are only shared when the Cevoid profile exists in Klaviyo.
Follow these steps to ensure Cevoid also creates a Klaviyo profile if they are missing in your Klaviyo account
Navigate to Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Klaviyo
Identify the Profile sync behavior settings
Change it to Create profile
Click Save changes
Share profile events to Klaviyo
When sharing profile events with Klaviyo, you can build Klaviyo Flows and segments based on the profile's activity in Cevoid. This also enables you to send program-related emails through Klaviyo.
Profile events will only be shared when you activate them for the Klaviyo integration. Historical events cannot be synced.
Activate the events you want to send to Klaviyo
Navigate to Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Klaviyo
Activate the events you want to forward to Klaviyo
You can send a test event to Klaviyo and preview it by pressing the Play button
Click Save changes
Events that can be sent to Klaviyo

Share profile data to Klaviyo
When sharing profile data with Klaviyo, you can personalize your emails and build Klaviyo Flows and segments based on the profile's data in Cevoid.
Activate the profile data you want to send to Klaviyo
Navigate to Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Klaviyo
Activate the events you want to forward to Klaviyo
You can send test data to Klaviyo and preview it by pressing the Play button
Click Save changes
New profile data will now also be sent to Klaviyo
Optional: You can send data that existed before you activated the integration by clicking Sync all members
You can take make the same action for a single member by navigating to their Profile page and Clicking Sync Member next to the Klaviyo icon.
