To help you keep track of all of your content in one place, Cevoid supports in-house uploads of both photos and videos directly to your library. This way, you can save in-house content alongside collected UGC pieces and have one central location for all your visual content.

Posts uploaded this way will be displayed with your brand’s name. If you wish to credit someone else, you can assign the post to a member.

  1. Navigate to Library

  2. Click Upload in the top right corner

  3. Use the drag-and-drop upload form, or click on it, and the file browser window will open

  4. Once your selected files show up on the upload form, you’ll be able to write a caption for each content piece, resize and crop your photos

  5. Click the Upload in the right side of the upload form

  6. All done 🎉 —you can now find your in-house submissions in the Cevoid library under Approved posts and pick the best pieces for your upcoming campaigns

Supported file formats are .jpeg, .webp, .png, .mov, and .mp4.
Max size for each content piece is 200 Mb.
Max length for videos is 10 minute.

Note that you can upload up to 20 files at a time.
