There are four ways you can collect content through the Cevoid platform.

  1. Collect UGC from Instagram

  2. Direct uploads for UGC

  3. Re-use content from your Instagram feed

  4. Upload in-house content

Once you have gained access to a new content piece, it will be made available for you in Library --> Inbox for your approval before it's published to your UGC widgets and Library.

Collect UGC from Instagram

Cevoid automatically collects all Instagram posts your brand has been tagged, hashtagged, or mentioned in. This means you can effortlessly pick the best content pieces from your brand community without manually searching for them on Instagram.

To get started, connect your brand’s Instagram account to the Cevoid platform. Once you’ve done that, all the UGC from Instagram mentioning your brand will be available to browse, curate, and request from one place.

Direct uploads for UGC

Cevoid has several tools to collect content from those who want to share content directly with you instead of using Instagram.

Through Cevoid's uploads forms, you can invite members to share photos and videos via upload URLs (hosted by Cevoid), QR codes, and CTAs next to UGC widgets on your website.

Once someone submits their UGC through the direct upload form, it will be stored in a dedicated folder on the Cevoid platform. This saves you the hassle of searching through multiple sources like emails and Google Drive folders to find the best photo or video for your next marketing campaign.

Re-use content from your Instagram feed

Once your Instagram account is connected, Cevoid will automatically sync content from your Instagram Feed. This way, you can mix your UGC with the amazing content you already have published on your Instagram Feed.

Upload in-house content

Aside from gathering content from your community, you can also upload in-house photos and videos. This content can be marked as content from your brand or assigned to a member of your community. Doing so will make all your visual content easily accessible to your team. Plus, keeping your branded content alongside UGC makes accessing all your content in one centralized location easy.
