To be able to work with all our Instagram features, you need to connect with an Instagram business account.

That your Instagram is a business account.

That your Instagram account is connected to a Facebook Business page.

Your personal Facebook account has admin rights for the Facebook Business page. Please read this guide from Facebook for instructions.
Connect Instagram Account
Navigate to Settings --> Integrations
Click Instagram
Click Connect Instagram
Click Connect Instagram
Log in with your personal Facebook account
Select the Facebook Page that is connected to your Instagram account
Select your business account
Select Yes for all requested accesses
Click OK
Select your Instagram account
Your account is now connected!
