The Community section of Cevoid provides a centralized location where you can view all members. Using filters, you can easily find specific members you are looking for.
With Views, you can save filters that you often use to streamline your work process.

Default views

When you first enter the Community tab, you will be presented with the All Members view, which shows all members within the community.

We have prepared a few default views to help you narrow down the Community overview by members that have been assigned to you and by members of specific roles.

Assigned to me

Here you will find all members assigned to you. When they appear here, you have either assigned them to yourself or another user within your team has assigned them to you.

Roles

Here you can see all members with a specific role. You can also see members without assigned roles by clicking on No role.

Custom views

By creating your own Views you can save filters you use on a recurring basis.

To create a new view,

  1. Activate your preferred Filters

  2. Click Save view in the top right corner

  3. You can now find your new view on the left sidebar under Views

All saved Views will be shared with your whole team

There is no limit on how many Views you can save.

If you want to change the Filters used in your view,

  1. Select the view you want to edit

  2. Make your preferred changes to Filters

  3. Click Update view
