Members are the creators within your brand's community. Your members can consist of influencers, customers, ambassadors, employees, and any other creator that has contributed visual content to your brand.
With Cevoid, you can get a thorough overview of your members—what content they’ve created and information about them. Think of the Members section as a catalog filled with creator portfolios.
Content, activity, and insights from a member
In the member tabs, you can find the following information
Content - All approved and removed content from this member you have access to
Inbox - All content from this member that is waiting for your approval
Instagram - Content this member has tagged or mentioned you in on Instagram but that your team has not sent a request for
Activity - Activity from this member and actions your team has taken related to this member
Insights - Post metrics and other insights related to this member
Member information
In the area to the right on a member page, you will find all details about the specific member.
Properties
These fields are used to help your team find among all Members and are available as Filters in the Community overview. You can always click on the field to make any changes.
Role - Shows which role this member has been given
Assignee - Shows who, within your team, that is responsible for this member
Labels - Allows you to group your members beyond what role they have
User Information
These fields are information about the specific member that has been added automatically or by your team.
Name - Added through direct uploads by the member or manually by your team. This name is shown for all direct uploaded posts from this member in the UGC widgets.
Email - Added through direct uploads by the member or manually by your team.
Location - A city or region that has been added manually by your team
Country - Added automatically through direct uploads or manually by your team
Language - Added manually by your team
Joined - The date they was added to your Cevoid account
Instagram -
Username - Added automatically when they approve an Instagram request or manually by your team
Rights - Determines if Cevoid fetches the member's Instagram content automatically or if you should send a request for each post.
Default status - If set to Approved, they will be approved directly once you get access to their posts. If set to Pending, they will appear in your Inbox once you get access to their posts.
Notes
Use this field to save internal notes about the specific member.
