Follow this tutorial to learn how to embed galleries on your website.

You will find your galleries by navigating to Showcase > Galleries

Default galleries

The default galleries are pre-defined to help you get a head start with the most popular galleries. It’s not possible to change the content source for these galleries.

The following default galleries are ready for you from the start:

  • Instagram feed gallery - Displays approved posts from your own Instagram feed

  • UGC gallery - Displays all approved posts created by your members

  • All posts gallery - Displays all approved posts created by your members, from in-house uploads, and from your own Instagram feed

  • Product page gallery - Displays all approved posts tagged with a specific product, and the content changes dynamically based on which product page it's shown on.

Dynamic product page gallery

The product page gallery dynamically changes the content for each product page to show relevant posts for each product page. This means that you can use the same gallery on all product pages and let the gallery change content automatically.

You need to add product tags to make posts appear in the product page gallery. Please follow this tutorial to learn how to do that.

Your product page gallery will be collapsed if you don't have any tagged posts of the product or its variants and haven't activated the fallback.

What order content is displayed in

By default, the product page gallery will display a post tagged with the specific product. After that, it will display posts tagged with variants of that product.

You can also turn on fallback settings to ensure that there is always content displayed in the product page gallery.

Once all fallback settings are activated, the gallery will show posts in the following order:

  1. Posts tagged with the specific product (by default)

  2. Posts tagged with variants of the product (by default)

  3. Posts tagged with products from the same category (if this fallback setting is activated)

  4. Posts from a selected gallery (if this fallback setting is activated)

Fallback settings

The fallback settings help fill the product page gallery with relevant content if there are not enough posts tagged with a specific product.

The first level of fallback settings is: Fill with category posts.
The gallery will be complemented with posts from the same category if this is activated.

The second level of fallback settings is: Posts from a selected gallery.

If this is activated, the gallery will be complemented with posts from the gallery you select, e.g. picking the UGC gallery will complement the gallery with all other UGC posts.

To turn on fallback settings,

  1. Navigate to Showcase > Galleries

  2. Select the Product page gallery
