SOP: Creating a One-Time Free Trial Membership
Objective:
To set up a one-time free trial membership option for potential members to access one class.

Click on the "One Time Drop-In Sign Up" button at the top of the screen.
Select the membership type and choose the tracks the membership will have access to.
Click "Save" to finalize the setup.
Set up the payment plan with the name "Free Trial" and set the price to zero.

Click "Save" to confirm the payment plan.
Generate a QR code or URL link for easy access and promotion.
Share the QR code or URL link on various platforms like the website, social media, or print materials.
Optionally, add a coupon code for promotional purposes.
If a member requests to use the free trial on a specific date, select the date for them to access the class.
Collect email address or billing information for future membership setup.
Ensure the waiver is assigned to the free trial membership.
Tag the membership for easy organization.
