Leads are a person in the system that is not yet a member, but can be converted to one with a membership.

If you created a free trial membership, and that person has not yet purchased a full subscription or punch card membership, they will be separate from your 'Members' list.

Leads can be found under 'Admins' > 'Organization' > 'Gym Leads'
