  2. Sorting Reports:

    • Choose the desired date range (week, month, custom).

    • Sort by class to view all classes within the selected date range.

    • Use the "Average" tab to see the average attendance for each category (check-in, reserved, wait-listed, no-showed, total check-in).

    • Switch to the "Sum" tab to view the total number of attendees for each category.

  3. Filtering Options:

    • Sort by coach to view classes coached by each instructor.

    • Sort by member to track individual member attendance.

    • Utilize filters to view specific columns or details for easier analysis.

    • Export reports to Excel for further analysis or sharing with members or stakeholders.

  4. Customization and Additional Options:

    • Use filters to show drop-ins, members with no memberships, or past members.

    • Check the appropriate boxes to include or exclude specific groups in the report.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure data accuracy by selecting the correct date range before generating the report.

  • Double-check filters and sorting options to view the desired information accurately.

  • Maintain confidentiality and data security when exporting and sharing reports with external parties.

Tips for Efficiency
