SOP: Creating Coach's Notes in Track Programming

Objective:

To effectively utilize coach's notes in track programming for warm-ups, movement instructions, modifications, and adjustments that are only visible to coaches.

Key Steps:

  1. When creating a workout, type any relevant notes under "Coach Notes" to ensure that only coaches in the system can view them.

  2. To make an entire workout visible only to coaches, toggle "Coach Only" under workout type.

  3. Use this feature to input warm-up routines, movement instructions, or any other information you want coaches to see but not participants.

  4. Ensure that the coach notes are clear, concise, and relevant to the workout being created.

Cautionary Notes:

  • Double-check that the coach notes are toggled correctly to ensure that only coaches can view them.

  • Avoid including sensitive or confidential information in coach notes that should not be visible to participants.

Tips for Efficiency:

  • Use bullet points or numbered lists to organize information in coach notes effectively.

  • Keep coach notes brief and to the point to convey information efficiently.

  • Regularly review and update coach notes to reflect any changes or modifications in the workout programming.
