SOP: Workout Analytics Management

Objective:

To effectively manage workout analytics, edit results, and track progress for members using the coaching platform.

Key Steps:

  1. Click on the graph icon to access workout analytics.

  2. To edit results, click on a person's name and make necessary changes.

  3. Search for a person, add their score, select a track, and click save.

  4. Access results and analytics tab to search for specific workouts, analyze results, and view leaderboards.

  5. Utilize the search function to easily find members by name.

  6. Use the members tab to log workouts for personal training clients.

  7. Select the movement, weight, date of workout, and add any relevant notes.

Cautionary Notes:

  • Ensure accuracy when editing results to avoid discrepancies.

  • Double-check all entries before saving to maintain data integrity.

  • Keep member information confidential and secure.

Tips for Efficiency:
