> When accessing "Track Programming"
> Select the empty portion of the start date you want
> Hold the mouse and drag across the week or as many days as you like
> Confirm what you want copied
> Select the track you want to copy to (if it's a different track)
> Select date you want the range of workouts to start.
> It will copy the date range in order that it's presented originally. First day of workout selection you want copied will be the date you select in the calendar.
