Using the Recycle Bin to Restore Deleted Workouts

Track Programming now has a Recycle Bin to help you recover accidentally deleted workouts.

When you delete a workout, it moves to the Recycle Bin. The contents of the bin are always relative to the date(s) you select.

  • To restore a workout from a specific day: Select that single day, then click the Recycle Bin icon to view and restore items deleted on that date.

  • To find a workout deleted within a date range: If you're unsure of the exact day, simply highlight a range of dates (like an entire week). The Recycle Bin will then show you all workouts deleted within that period, allowing you to easily find and restore the one you need.
