SOP: Scheduling Workout Programs on a Track

To schedule workout programs on a track efficiently and accurately using two different methods.

    • Schedule the workouts.

  2. Option 2:

    • Navigate to Track Programming.

    • Scroll to the specific day (e.g., Monday the 28th) you want to schedule.

    • Add a workout program.

    • Choose the program, track, and start day.

    • Schedule the workouts.
