Option 1 - Send an email

Here's a sample email template or message you can copy and paste to your existing members.

SUBJECT: (YOUR BUSINESS NAME) - We Need Your Help!

We're excited to make your experience with (YOUR BUSINESS NAME) a lot better. We’ve transitioned to Chalk It Pro for all billing, invoicing, and workout tracking, which means:

  • Instant access to your invoices.

  • A seamless way to manage your payments.

  • A new retail store for easy purchases.

  • A face lift on the programming side

To continue uninterrupted access, please update your billing information by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Chalk It Pro.

  2. Navigate to: Account Info → Billing → Billing Information/Payment Methods.

  3. Enter your billing information and payment method details

That's it—super easy!

This change helps us streamline operations and provide everything you need within a single app. We appreciate your cooperation and support!

Option 2 - Flag their account with a payment issue notification

You can also notify members directly within Chalk It Pro by flagging their account with a Payment Issue notification. This message will appear each time they log in until they update their payment details and you mark them as active.

Steps:

  1. Go to Member.

  2. Search for the member’s name.

  3. Open Member Info.

  4. Select Add Payment Issue Notification.

  5. Enter a message reminding them to update their payment details.

  6. Save the notification.

The member will receive this alert each time they log in until they update their billing information and you mark them as active.
