Bug Fixes
✅ Fixed: "Change Price" Feature Now Updates Processing Fees
Previously, when changing a membership price, the system did not update the associated processing fee. Now, if the new price has a different processing fee, it will update correctly.
✅ Fixed: Billing Cycles No Longer Remove Fees on Scheduled Cancellations
When modifying billing cycles for a scheduled cancellation, fees were incorrectly removed. This has been corrected.
✅ Fixed: "Create Single Class" Selection Issue
Previously, when creating a single class, the current day stayed selected even after choosing a new day. Now, selecting a new day automatically deselects the current one.
✅ Fixed: Improved Text Visibility on Tags
Text on Yellow and White tags is now black instead of white, making it more readable.
✅ Fixed: Custom movement creation issue
When creating a new movement while editing a workout, sometimes the new movement would not show up on the list and you'd have to exit and re-open.
✅ Fixed: PDF Document clean-up
PDF documents formatted nicer, organized, and print better with spacing and avoids non-printable characters.

Admins, you can now generate invoices for a customer or lead from their profile screen. Navigate to their Invoices to find the new button. This capability still exists in the Store and on the Invoices screen.
We've also reduced the number of steps required to generate invoices for transactions that are paid outside of Stripe (i.e. cash, check, Venmo, etc..)

Minor enhancements:
Document links can now be used by existing members OUTSIDE of the app. This functionality was previously only for new leads.
When setting holds, the options for Member status during the hold have been labeled more clearly (SUSPENDED or ACTIVE). With SUSPENDED being the default status during a pause.

GIF provider changed to Tenor: Same gif and sticker functionality as before. Tenor is owned by Google and is now our preferred solution.
Membership Tags:
In the membership setup screen you are now able to add tags to your Memberships. When a membership is tagged, any member (or drop-in) that has or purchases the membership will inherit the tags on their profile. This will enable you to easily group or identify customers (i.e. FREE TRIAL). Tags are shown on the Members screen and the class kiosks for you or your coaches to view.
Workout Scoring:
We have added a new option for Workouts with multiple score inputs. When the number of score inputs is greater than 1, a new field called "Leaderboard Score Is" will appear. When a workout has multiple score inputs you are now able to display the leaderboard result as: Sum, Average, Min, Max, First Record, or Last Record. If you don't select a value if will default to Last Record, as it has been historically in the app.
Billing Report:
The billing report Details view now shows the product description as a column.
When you click a row in the Billing report to view the details of an item, the slide out list now also includes the product description and stripe product id. The list can also now be downloaded to CSV.
Login screen:
Privacy and terms always now always visible from login screen.

Class Kiosk Mode Options
The class kiosk mode offers some new display options. Click the settings icon on the upper right to show a list of available options.
