How to Flag a Member with a Status Note
1οΈβ£ Leave a Status Note β Describe the issue and provide instructions for resolution.
2οΈβ£ Change Their Status to "Suspended" β This will not allow them access to your gym in the app.
3οΈβ£ Save the Changes β The Status Note will display when they open the app.
4οΈβ£ Restore Access When Resolved β Once they acknowledge the message or fix the issue, move them back to Active.
