Pro Tip - Using Status Notes to get a message to your problem member

Have a member who ignores emails and avoids in-person conversations? Use Status Notes to flag their account and ensure they see a message instructing them to resolve the issue.

When to Use a Status Note

🔹 Unresolved billing issues
🔹 Repeated violations of gym rules
🔹 Consistently missing class reservations or no-shows
🔹 Leaving sweaty socks at the gym (seriously, why? 😅)

How to Flag a Member with a Status Note

1️⃣ Leave a Status Note – Describe the issue and provide instructions for resolution.
2️⃣ Change Their Status to "Suspended" – This will not allow them access to your gym in the app.
3️⃣ Save the Changes – The Status Note will display when they open the app.
4️⃣ Restore Access When Resolved – Once they acknowledge the message or fix the issue, move them back to Active.

Using Status Notes ensures clear communication and helps keep your gym running smoothly! 💪
