Member Status and Status Notes

Member Status controls a member’s access to the app, while Status Notes allow you to send a personalized message when their account is flagged.


Member Status

πŸ”Ή Active – Full access to the app, provided they have an active membership.

πŸ”Ή Inactive – No access to your gym in the app. Must be manually changed to Active to regain access.

πŸ”Ή Suspended – The member can see their account but cannot view programming or class schedules. This is ideal for:

  • Ongoing payment issues

  • Paused memberships

  • Other temporary restrictions
    Requires manual reinstatement by a coach or admin.

πŸ”Ή Payment Issue – Automatically flagged when a payment fails.

  • The member will be prompted to resolve the issue.

  • Automatically returns to Active when payment is successful.

  • Can be manually lifted, even if invoices are still open.


Status Notes

A Status Note is a personalized message that appears when a member logs into the app while their account is flagged as Suspended. This helps inform them why they are Suspended. Status Notes will not appear to members if they are not marked Suspended.

Have a member who ignores emails and avoids in-person conversations? Flag their account and leave a Status Note instructing them to resolve the issue.
